Along with the new monsters, the Sailor Senshi face two newcomers wearing similar Sailor Senshi outfits! Are they friend or foe? Where have all the children gone?! Children are mysteriously disappearing in the dead of night from all over the world. Even as the evil queen Badiyanu continues to gather up the children in order to harvest their dream energies for the Black Dream Hole, Usagi and the girls are busy trying to stop all the kidnappings and save the children. Can Chibiusa's new friend Peruru help the Sailor Senshi stop Badiyanu before it's too late?
